Vito Polera is OBL’s principal attorney. He is licensed in Georgia and New York and has been practicing law since 2010. Vito received both his finance and law degrees from the University of Florida and also attended a number of academic programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels at Temple University Japan in Tokyo before initially joining one of the world’s preeminent law firms in 2010, handling various matters for international and domestic clients.

Vito has worked in several major markets, including Manhattan, Palm Beach, and Tokyo, Japan. Vito now lives in the Greater Atlanta Area with his wife and children. Vito loves traveling and playing video games with his family. He collects mechanical pencils and fountain pens and enjoys studying foreign languages (he is currently dabbling in Dutch, German, and Norwegian). Vito also enjoys crochet, knitting, and ping pong (but is not particularly good at any of them).

Vito opened Oranje Bridge Legal to provide the highest level of service to clients in helping them to navigate matters in the areas of private client/estate planning (including digital asset-heavy estates, corporate succession, and IP) and international mobility (for Americans moving families, businesses, and assets abroad). The firm has a policy of open and thorough communication with clients and coordinates with clients’ tax professionals and financial advisors in order to make sure estate plans work hand-in-hand with tax and financial strategies to achieve client goals. OBL’s clients are domiciled both in the USA and abroad, and many are entrepreneurs operating domestic and cross-border businesses.
